Our story.

Ours  company was established in 1970 , with the aim of integrating into the growing real estate market of the Principality of Andorra.​

Initially, it specializes in the administration of property and assets , both in its branch of administration  vertical (real estate  and apartments for rent) as horizontal administration (communities of owners).

Later wide  its field of action in  buying and selling all kinds of real estate, offering its customers the

corresponding in terms of investments in Andorra.

Performs real estate promotions with equity and clients, opening  participating accounts under the auspices of your own company.

He was a founding member of the AGRUPACIÓ DE  REAL ESTATE MANAGERS  ANDORRA (AGIA) , in 1985, always working to improve and defend the field  real estate  of the country.

Three years later, in 1988, through  its executive body is affiliated with the FEDERATION  INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONS  (FIABCI) ., WITH the creation of the FIABCI-Andorra delegation. Ours  managers, today  they work and hold important positions on the various national and international working committees.

Also through its directors, he is a founding member of the  new PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS  DE ANDORRA , created during the month of July 2001, after the promulgation of the law of December 15, 2000, which regulates the entire real estate sector in the Principality.
