Our history.

Mercantile company created in 1970 , with the aim of integrating into the nascent real estate market of the Principality of Andorra.

  He began his work and specialized in the Administration of Estates and Estates , both in its branch of vertical administration (Real estate and apartments for rent) and horizontal administration (Communities of Owners).

It expands its field of action to the purchase and sale of all types of real estate, offering its clients the corresponding economic advice and legal assistance in matters of investments in Andorra.

It carries out real estate promotion operations with its own capital and that of clients, opening accounts in participation under the coverage of its own company.

He was a founding member of the AGRUPACIO DE GESTORS IMMOBILIARIS D'ANDORRA (AGIA) , in 1985, always collaborating for the improvement and defense of the real estate branch of the country.

Three years later, in 1988, through its Board of Directors, it joined the INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONS (FIABCI) , creating the FIABCI-Andorra Delegation. These directors, today, work and hold important positions in different work commissions, national and international.

Also through its directors, he is a founding member of the new PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND MANAGERS OF ANDORRA , created during the month of July 2001, after the promulgation of the Law of December 15, 2000, which regulated the entire real estate sector of the Principality.

Today, with more than 30 years of experience, GISA continues to be available to all its customers and continues to offer its services.
